App not updating? Open the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and check for updates manually. For macOS and Windows, download the latest version from app.sushrutalgs.in.
Login or OTP issues? Ensure you're using the registered phone number. Try requesting a new OTP. If the issue persists, email us with your registered phone number.
App crashing or freezing? Update to the latest version (v26.0). If the issue continues, email us with your device model, OS version, and a description of when the crash occurs.
Mock exam not loading? Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache from Settings. Downloaded mocks also work offline.
Content not displaying correctly? Pull down to refresh. If specific MCQs, videos, or notes aren't loading, email us with the topic name and a screenshot.
Subscription not reflecting? Email us at [email protected] with your order ID or payment screenshot. We'll resolve it within a few hours.
Refund request? Email us with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 7 working days as per our Refund Policy.
How to upgrade or change plan? Go to the app → Profile → Subscription → Manage Plan. Or visit plans.sushrutalgs.in.
Where is my order? You'll receive tracking details via SMS and email after dispatch. You can also track via the link in your order confirmation email.
Received damaged books? Email us with photos of the damage and your order ID within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement.
QR code not working? Ensure you're scanning the QR code from within the Sushruta LGS app. The camera permission must be enabled. If it still doesn't work, email us the QR code image.
How to delete my account? Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Your data will be removed within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
How to export my data? Email us at [email protected] with your registered phone number. We'll send you a copy of your data within 7 working days.
