Refund Policy
General Policy:
All sales conducted through our website, https://www.sushrutalgs.in or its associated subdomains are considered final once we send an order confirmation. Typically, we do not permit cancellations. Also, as a rule of thumb, online courses sold are non-refundable.
However, under specific exceptional situations as detailed below, a customer may be eligible for a refund or course adjustment:
Duplicate Purchase
Should you unintentionally purchase a course twice, kindly notify us within 48 hours of the transaction. Upon verifying the authenticity of the claim, we will initiate the refund process.
Incorrect Course Purchase
If a student inadvertently selects the wrong course during payment, they should inform us within 24 hours of the purchase. In such instances, the amount paid can be adjusted against another course fee. Please note, cash settlements are not an option.
